Slow~ Flow ~ Burn with Shanti Kelley
In this 2-hr extended class we will explore Vinyasa as a path towards transformation. Through the exploration of sustained holds and cues toward dharana (single-pointed focus), habitual patterns being to untie and, we instead begin to strengthen both our physical body as well as our inner experience. As the practice progressively builds in intensity, stamina and complexity, mental chatter slides away; innate wisdom is revealed and, at the end, loving compassion, undisrupted authenticity and steady calm (stira sukha) reside. The Holiday Season is a perfect time to move into this deep, steady, work. Come prepared to sweat, explore, play and push the boundaries of your yoga practice.
