Relax and Restore into Wholeness: iRest Yoga Nidra Series with Marissa Knox
Deepen your meditation and/or asana practice with iRest® yoga nidra, a meditative technique adapted by Richard C. Miller. iRest is an evidence-based transformative practice that leads to psychological, physical, and spiritual healing and well-being. This practice allows you to embody equanimity, loving kindness, compassion, and heartfelt joy, and to remember the presence of peace that abides no matter what challenging circumstances arise. iRest provides you with tools to help you relax deeply, release stress, increase resiliency, improve your interpersonal relationships and provide you with greater connection to yourself and to life. Research shows iRest can reduce depression, anxiety, insomnia, and chronic pain.
