The asana practice should have steadiness and ease and be grounded in joy.
Comfortable and proficient use of the breath and bandhas keeps our mind quiet and our body strong so that we can experience the sweetness of the posture. We use the breath and bandhas to energetically and physically ground into and lift up from the earth which supports us. We learn to move and open from a place of strength and integrity, which leads to freedom and ease. Come with an open mind, a curious spirit and an empty stomach.
Part 2 is geared for steady practitioners who have been diligently practicing breath and bandhas. Those who did not participate in Part 1 must email info@BfreeAustin.com for prior approval before attending workshop.
