Vinyasa/ Yin with Katie
Through vinyasa flow we embrace and embody a practice characterized by strength and power. As in all things, it is important to bring balance to our asana practice and Yin yoga does just this. It opens the body in a different way, relaxing the muscles and opening the joints and connective tissue, promoting integrity and healing. It also creates the opportunity to steady the mind and go within, developing a deeper sense of awareness and mindfulness. Join Katie Tuesday evening for a mindful and restorative candlelit Vinyasa/ Yin practice.

Join Kiely for a 5 week beginner series to empower your practice.Gain knowledge and the actions needed to move with integrity and skill through vinyasa practice.If you have been practicing for a while or just getting started, this series will help you refine your asana practice so you can feel empowered in any class.
Week Focus: Stamina building and sun salutations
Week Focus: Standing postures
Week Focus: Hip openers and arm balances
Week Focus: Inversions and back bends
Week Focus: Twists and forward folds
Each week we will focus on the breath work of yoga, also known as pranayama, and the sense of clarity, mindfulness, and ease in our practice. Attendance to all five weeks is not required, but suggested to get the full benefit of the series.
