Yoga From The Heart: Mindful Movement
with Morgan Osmani MA, RYT
(Non-Heated Restorative Hatha)
This yoga class will provide an opportunity to deepen your sense of well being and connection to your own wisdom through the mind/body connection, in a community of shared wisdom, healing and support. Each class will include a blend of gentle, restful, mindful movement and restorative yoga classes designed to invigorate your heart, and your life. Each yoga class is carefully crafted to meet each students individual needs and the needs of the class, and includes meditation, yoga and yoga inspired practices. Yogis of all levels, including beginner levels are welcome. These practices are blended with rich discussion and experiential learning opportunities to deepen your capacity to deeply listen to your body and receive and experience nourishment, love, healing and wholeness in each moment. B.K.S. Iyengar, one of the grandfathers of yoga said, "It is through your body that you realize you are a spark of divinity." I look forward to the possibility of sharing this experience with you.
Mondays at BFree: Starting August 19th
