In this workshop we will explore a variety of meditative techniques so that you may learn how to develop concentration, focus, and inner stillness. While discussing these techniques we will begin to understand the various forms of meditation and the philosophies that support these practices. Since meditation is a personal practice that becomes part of one's daily life, it is important to choose a practice that resonates with your own personal philosophies and lifestyle.
