Handstand Workshop with Rachel Lubich
Come shift your perspective in this fun and dynamic workshop! We will discuss the body mechanics necessary for proper technique and confidence as we take flight into a strong and healthy handstand. By working from the base upward we will utilize key alignment principles and activate core awareness in the body in order to feel more secure getting upside down. We will incorporate props to experiment with multiple approaches of the pose to satisfy the curiosity of those new to flight and those with more experience.
