Flip n' Fly Inversions Workshop with Leeah
Get your wings ready because we're about to take off! Not only are inversions a blast to add into your practice, they are also truly important to finding a balanced asana practice. They challenge us mentally and physically by calling on strength, courage and trust. Inversions help our circulatory system, our lymphatic system, energize us and even help our immune system.
During this workshop we will build the basic framework for safe and sustainable inversions. We will explore variations in head stand, forearm balance shoulderstand and the illusive hand stand!

*Students attending should have a regular practice and should be able to hold handstand against the wall for 10 breaths.
