Get your yoga groove on surrounded by the turquoise sea and breathtaking scenery of the Amalfi Coast. Shelby Autrey of B*Free Yoga Studio in Austin, Texas, will lead us through a week's worth of yoga sunrise sessions tailored to all levels from beginner to advanced while we explore this fascinating peninsula during the day. From swimming in the Siren Islands to practicing your downward dog on a Roman ruin facing Capri, this week is all about health and wellness, history and culture, and of course enjoying the best food and wine in Italy.

Your Travel Guide, Diana:
Diana began working in Italy in 1998 for luxury active travel company, Butterfield and Robinson, and has designed and guided countless trips since then all over Italy, from Venice to Sicily. She founded her own company in 2004 to offer art-based trips in Italy for the Austin Museum of Art. She holds an M.F.A. in photography and an M.A. in art history from the University of Oregon, with a concentration in Italian Renaissance and Baroque architecture. She also completed the Corso Internazionale sull’Architettura di Andrea Palladio in Vicenza, Italy. Her undergraduate degrees are from the University of Texas at Austin, where she was an All-American tennis player and valedictorian of the College of Natural Sciences.
Her work as an artist primarily explores the nature of vision or ways of seeing, the interconnectedness of living things, the collecting and cataloguing of nature, and alternating visions of wild and cultivated landscapes. She has had solo shows in Austin, Marfa, Lubbock, and Houston, Texas. Stephen L. Clark Gallery in Austin and McMurtrey Gallery in Houston represent her work. Her work is in the collections of the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, Texas, the Worcester Museum of Art, Worcester, Massachusetts, the Bailey Howe Library of the University of Vermont, Burlington, Vermont, and theUniversity Public Art Collection of Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas.
Your Yoga Guide, Shelby:
Shelby is a vinyasa teacher and owner of BFree Yoga in Austin, Texas. She completed her 200-hour certification through Gioconda Yoga. Shelby continues to deepen her studies through trainings and advanced workshops with the notable teachers Gioconda Parker, Sarah Tomson-Beyer, and Christina Sell. Shelby is a skilled massage therapist specializing in sports injury, myofacial release and structural integration. Shelby builds her classes around a creative flowing sequence deeply rooted in alignment to move you out of your head and into your body. She speaks to liberating yourself from past limitations and restrictions and moving into possibility. Her classes are creative, progressive, vigorous, challenging, and full of vitality.
